A game platform is different types of technologies that run different applications and processes and the things that are programs. There are 7 different types of gaming platforms. Some of the platforms are arcade, console, computers and tv etc.

The latest consoles are thing such as Xbox one x and PlayStation 4 pro and these consoles can play some games at 4k resolution how it haser gone from 8 bit to 4k  and see how  the graphics have changed.

1973 brought the Micral, the first commercial PC that didn’t come in a kit and was based on a microprocessor, the Intel 8008 Then in 1975 a visual display module designed by noted engineer Lee Felsenstein helped turn the PC into a gaming. now computers aren’t big and clunky they are fast and a lot smaller.
